RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. The returned item must include the original receipt and be in the original undamaged box and packaging. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied. Return notification received more than 30 days after the order date will not be accepted. All sales are final after 30 days from receipt.

If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via email at customerservice@mypalstudios.com as soon as you receive your package so that we can make it right.

Return Instructions & Guidelines

  • Exchanges and Returns must be made within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • Merchandise must NOT BE WORN, OR USED IN ANY MANNER.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original undamaged Lovee box/packaging, with no sign of wear.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We only accept returns for items purchased through our website.
  • We do not provide a return label for returns or exchanges so please pick your own shipping method.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee

 Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@mypalstudios.com to return one of our products. The product must have a completed Return Authorization Form. If an item is received without an authorization form, MY PAL, Inc. will not be able to complete your request. 

Please note that all returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that you can get by going to www.mypalstudios.com/return-request. Visit this link and fill out the request form. Upon approval, your Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be emailed to you. Write down your RMA number on the pre-addressed label provided in this packing slip.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

MY PAL, Inc. does not offer exchanges.

Once your package is received at MY PAL, Inc. the merchandise will be quality inspected and then your refund will be made.  

Shipping Information/Late or Missing Refunds

If you have checked your bank account or credit card and haven’t received your refund within 14 days of mailing the return, please contact customerservice@mypalstudios.com and we can assist you further. If you choose to ship something back to MY PAL, Inc. we recommend using a traceable carrier, and insuring your package for the full value of the contents. MY PAL, Inc. is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received at our facility. MY PAL Inc.cannot reimburse you for shipping charges. Please keep track of your return tracking number.

DELIVERY INFO

MY PAL, Inc. needs 1-2 business days for your order to process before being picked up by the shipper. Please consider our shipping and handling times in your overall delivery time.  We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner through our shipping partners but once your order leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for the package. To find out more information on where your order is please use the tracking number we provided in the confirmation email.
